I guess I just have to put something on this blog to get started...

My drinking buddy and I thought it would be a good idea to use a blog to record our visits to Colorado taprooms.  Lately we've been enjoying some of the local taprooms and the food trucks outside them.  It really seems to more like a local pub; much less formal than brewpubs with restaurant style food service.  And many of the taprooms allow dogs!  Definitely a bonus for us.

When I finally created the blog I decided it would be nice to extend the purpose to include Colorado craft brew in general, brewpubs, breweries, and other beer stuff.  I suspect that due to my inability to remain focused, other topics might appear from time to time.

So, now to decide where to start...
